How does the sign up process work?
Fill in your site name, email address and password and click Create My Website. It's that simple! You get a free 30-day trial so you can try out your new website; we don't even ask you for your credit card info! After your free trial is up, you will have the ability to upgrade to a paid package and provide us with your billing information in your secured account section.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
We start you off with a free trial so that you can try out your website for 30 days. We do not collect your billing info until your trial is over and you are ready to switch over to a paying package.
Can I change my website theme?
Yep. You can change your website theme at anytime via the Manage Design section in your control panel.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. WebsiteEagle is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
Absolutely not. We do not charge setup fees, termination fees, or any additional fees. The price you pay is simply the fixed monthly fee based on the package you've chosen plus any optional add-ons or services that you choose.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your package at anytime. Changes take effect immediately.
